  • Local SEO & Google Business Profile Optimization
  • Website marketing services
  • Digital products


 Due to the digital and strategic nature of these services, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

  2. Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:



  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Work on the project has not yet started
  • No deliverables or strategy work has been completed

3. Non-Refundable Services

Once any of the following activities have begun,

 refunds will not be issued:


  • Strategy development
  • Campaign setup
  • SEO audits
  • Content creation
  • Ad account setup
  • Advertising campaign launch
  • Any digital service delivery


Additionally, setup fees and consultation fees are non-refundable.


4. Subscription or Monthly Services

For recurring services such as SEO management or advertising

management:


  • Clients may cancel future billing at any time
  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for services already delivered


5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 

Customers agree to contact Wittipmedia Ltd before initiating any payment

dispute or chargeback.


If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to provide

all relevant service records, agreements, and communications to the payment processor

as evidence of service delivery.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, Wittipmedia Ltd may issue partial refunds at its sole discretion if:



  • A technical error occurred
  • A billing mistake was made
  • A service could not be delivered as agreed
