Once work has commenced or digital deliverables have been provided, payments are non-refundable.

Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Wittipmedia Ltd remain the property of Wittipmedia Ltd until full payment has been received.

After payment, the client receives usage rights for the delivered work unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wittipmedia Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or advertising results, as these depend on external factors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• payments are not received
• misuse of services occurs
• legal or ethical violations occur
